ICE can also arrest US Citizens in there operation of getting those green card holders.

1. Mr. Khilil doesn't have to have committed ANY crime in order for the SoS to believe that he is a threat to foreign policy. Read the Statute.

2. The upper chambers of our government believe he is a National Security threat, and he is NOT a US citizen, therefore they can revoke his permission to be here, and give him a ride back to his country of origin...Simple as that....

And you cheered it....But, to be succinct, he is not charged with any crime, rather the SoS believes he is a threat to foreign policy, and a National Security threat. He is a green card holder, NOT a citizen....Those are but a couple of problems with your line of argument.
