Gives a place to go for law enforcement who have their hands tied behind their backs in large blue cities, where the police aren't allowed to be police. These large cities get to have what they want - smaller police forces and ICE gets the people it needs to enforce our immigration laws. It's a win win for everyone, except the residents of large cities who will see an uptick in crime. But, that's what they voted for.
