No one couldnt decide who was going to cook or who house we would all meet so we decided to meet up at Christmas. So tomorrow I will be in my pajamas eating Boston Market and Apple and Sweet Potato pie watching the NFL all day!!!

Im so excited and will take full advantage of this. Not that yall care but I am going to tell you anyway. These will now be the years I was alone on Thanksgiving

I remember the year I discovered that one of our friends was going to Boston Market and Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving meal. (His Wife is an educated Professional but Puerto Rican and clueless...love her to death though as she is so nice)

I said, "Friends don't let friends eat takeout for Thanksgiving "
(I'm also a recovering chef in a 12-step program....gonna finish that first step one day I just know it)
And even she likes the veggies I make. The kids usually tore up 2 plates apiece themselves. Since I've moved closer to family....I'm gonna miss them.

I didnt have a good visit today to Boston Market. So I caught an Uber and about 3 different locations popped up and I went to the wrong one. When I walked in it didnt even look like I was in Boston Market, looked like a place where u hand out food to the needy. Then I found out a certain side dish was not available because its not considered a thanksgiving side which is roasted potatoes. So my only side options was mac and cheese and stuffin. So I get home and tried the mac and cheese and I almost threw up. I had to spit it out and throw the rest of the mac and cheese in the trash it tasted so bad. So my dinner for tonight and lunch and dinner for tomorrow is chicken and stuffing. ALso I couldnt buy a cornbread to add to the meal because they wasnt selling them solo, only 6 or 12. I will never step foot in that boston market again
