When I lived in California, I had a friend who was a social worker. She was not allowed to even ask applicants their immigration status. They applied, were rubber stamped, and were granted benefits.

In order to discourage the illegals, we need to stop rewarding their behavior. They will know that having an anchor baby will not protect them from the violation of our law, but they can of course choose to take the child with them.

Here in my leftist area, if a scumbag runs a red light and harms someone, police are NOT allowed to ask if he is here illegally.

I’d like to see EVERY person who disobeys laws - be it speeding, shoplifting, or assaulting someone - be asked if he’s here legally, and if not….get deported. We have enough home-grown criminals here as it is.
