For example that my dad when i was a child was forced to go to Austria or when i was a teen that a girl who approched me did that to set me up in a Problem or that i have children eventhough its Impossible i had only once Sex with a asian prostitute

Do you think this is psychosis i do take my meds always but i do not need to go to the hospital because its just thoughts and i can controll myself i dont need to be locked away but i realise that those are strange thoughts i can controll myself though

I do and i have meds im not dangerous its just strange thoughts

Ask your mental health worker to suggest mind exercises to help you control your mind and keep it focused. As for me after my 8-year health problems my mental capabilities were diminished. I improved my focus and mental functions by playing checkers and chess against my computer. I hope all goes well for you. And no one is plotting against you like all of the, human race you made some bad choices and like all of us you suffer from those choices. Plus you have had to endure some serious trauma in your life and I am glad you are seeking help. Facing and learning to deal with that trauma will help you heal.

As for me accused of it of six different ''Alpha Girls'' none were true, my response was'' No, but thanks for the thought.'' Besides being Alpha Girls they were'' Attention Addicts'' and they got more than they wanted from husbands, in laws, parents and the Law in some cases.

I don't know about your situation so I cannot speak of it. I do know of mine however so I can tell you this much. If it is really occurring against you then you need to obtain receipts.

Since I don't have psychological issues and was aware of so many details of so many people and agencies, I was able to ensure that people outside of Canada learned of the facts, not their bs narrative.

Ultimately, you have to live your life since you cannot control everything.

Now I just try and move forward in the face of their decades of abuse. It has cost my nations reputation dearly. You can do the same, just walk a straight line and ask G-d to guide you.
