I like dogs but prefer cats. They are cleaner, quieter and less expensive. They also live much longer than dogs do. My last cat lived 17 years, needed no medication and was only in the hospital once.

I prefer cats, as well. We currently have two in our household, and we love them dearly. My sister, whom I live with, AND myself, both never had any children. Our cats are kind of like the kids we never had.
