And when I do, I look at how Bill Clinton managed the economy, against how Bush Sr. managed the economy, and in 20-20 hindsight, i'd throw out rank choice voting for that very reason.

Sure it does. If rank choice voting would have put Bush Sr in the white house instead of Clinton, the country would have never recovered from the Bush recession.

I'm not say that "I" preferred Clinton over Bush, i'm saying the well being of America preferred Clinton over Bush.
Bush produced bigger and bigger deficits, while Clinton actually balanced the budget and produced a surplus.

Who knows how bad a second Bush recession would have been, compared to a booming economy under Clinton.

So if you support a method that would have put Bush Sr back in charge, looking at the historical outcome of both administrations, i'd have to vote against rank choice voting.
