Well let's start with the fallacies in that post.

1 - That Bush assumed a balanced budget. There were no years prior to 1957 where the budget was in balance. They did get close in one year of the Clinton presidency though.
2 - There were ever any surpluses in the Clinton years. Again, no years prior to 1957 were there any surpluses.
3 - The 2009 budget you're attributing to Bush, when in fact the person who signed it, and the other massive spending for 2009 was Barrack Hussein Obama.

Now don't get me wrong, going from 5.7 trillion to over 10 trillion is bad. It's just not as bad as going from 10 trillion and change to 19 trillion and change.

Because Obama's policies have been such crap there is a surplus of unemployed and underemployed labor keeping wages down.
