Jihad is a war, not a series of bombings, and war can have many battleground. The culture war, for example, is being fought in the courtrooms and legislatures. The Cold War was fought in the intelligence agencies. A jihad against Christianity could very well be partially fought out in the courts. However, I think the ACLU would be anti-Muslim if that was the dominant religion in the country. They're pretty much anti-anythingthatisn'tcommunism.
