And when the National Archives sought to get the DOJ involved, there has been no crime. The Presidential Records Act is NOT (and it never was) a criminal statute.

The lawfare involved an FBI “investigation” over a matter that was not criminal. The lawfare was in indicting him over nothing. The lawfare also included having a Biden DOJ official lens himself to NYC’s Manhattan DA’s Office to obtain an indictment against Trump for no crimes (and the lawfare includes twisting themselves into pretzels to even make out a pretend set of charges.
