Some of you are Republicans, you didn't kill Melissa Hortman.

We need to get away from broad brushing people of each party, holding them responsible for the acts of people they may share some ideological beliefs with but do not endorse their actions.

I supported the BLM protests, not the minority of people involved in the violent riots. You may believe millions and millions of votes were fraudulently cast in 2020 but do not endorse what the J6 mob did.

Demonizing people because of their party affiliation makes it easier to forget we are all Americans with similar backgrounds, similar experiences, and similar desires for ourselves and our families. Something we would do well to remember.

Hate speech and the gender absurdity policies of democrats killed Kirk. If you support them you did too.
BLM was fraud they stole all the money
How doers it feel to be made a fool of

IMO, you need to differentiate between people who disagreed with Kirk being lionized (like myself) and the tiny minority of disturbed people who celebrated his death.
Marist Poll (October 2025)
An NPR/PBS News/Marist poll asked Americans if they agree that "Americans may have to resort to violence in order to get the country back on track?".

  • 28% of Democrats agreed that violence might be necessary, a significant increase from 12% in April 2024.

It's just a performative method of putting the target on the defensive for some perceived political advantage. It's pretty transparent.

We're so far down this ugly road now that it's difficult to imagine we'll turn it around. Most of us could, but the loudest of us probably can't.

What do you think that poll proves relative to Kirk's murder and Dem's attitude towards it?

Hortman got killed because she was not Communist enough. Right now, the question of the movement to Communism is a foregone conclusion. Your party has an internal war over Mensheviks versus Bolsheviks. Bolsheviks killed the Communist politicans.

It's useful to remember what we're seeing here on the part of trump devotees is not representative of Repub's generally. OTOH, quite a large number of conservatives hold beliefs not supported by the facts.

You have a history of posting violent rhetoric here, aimed at entire groups of people.

You're the problem.

Hortman got killed because a Tim Walz fan wanted him to take her seat.

Yep, don't believe your lying eyes. Always the victim, that supports and encourages violence.
