Hunter's Pardon a FU to the Dems

My son would never be in scumbag Hunter’s position. But if I were President and my son had been found guilty of serious federal gun charges and was also facing a criminal trial for tax evasion, I would pardon my son, too.

But I wouldn’t have ever declared ahead of time that I wouldn’t do so.

There is more to the analysis, of course. If Hunter were to be exposed to cross examination in his pending tax case, what he might say could implicate the “big guy.”

This pardon might very well constitute a Potato coverup effort.
Since Trump survived pardoning Ivanka Trump's father-in-law, Charles Kushner back in 2020, Bidens pardon would be remembered similarly.

Difference now is that Trump also wants to make Charles Kushner the ambassador to France.

I don't think you do. "If I knew the incoming admin was going to make my son's life a living hell for as long as it could after he was already prosecuted for crimes people are rarely charged with I would do the same thing."

No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough.
No, I get it. You've got to be a hack or seriously stupid not to see it. I'd wager on the latter.

Try to stay up all night worrying about it, dumfuk. 😂

Remember, Dem's corrupt schemes often backfire. Guess what...now that Hunter is pardoned he can't plead the 5th when called to testify against his fellow crime family members. :auiqs.jpg:

I love it, it just exposes how corrupt they really are and the decade long crimes he just covered him for. Priceless.. and he was saying Trump is the criminal.
Hunter is busy committing new crimes, breaking news is he owes $300,000 in back rent to his landlord. :auiqs.jpg:

And now all those Dems that had to do the walk of shame on national television after swearing Joe wouldn't pardon Hunter. But also, now Hunter loses his 5th amendment options. He can no longer refuse to answer questions. Since there's been no sentence handed down yet, this pardon could be challenged in court if prosecutors decide to go that way.

Joe should not have lied. It was political for the upcoming election.

Why he did not wait until sentencing is interesting.

It is also interesting this goes back to the beginning of BURISMA….having NOTHING to do with the felony gun charges he was convicted of.

You cult fucks are really dumb.

Old Joe just forgot he said that no one was or is above the law, or it's just how politicians lie...

I’m no fan of the Kushners, but Charles did serve his time. Should he be French Ambassador? No.

The hunter pardon far exceeds the Kushner pardon. He is covered for any crime over a decade period. That is corrupt as fuck.

Why go back to 2014, right when Hunter joined Burisma?

That has nothing to do with the gun charges….which stem from OCTOBER 2018.

JOE IS INCRIMINATING HIMSELF AND HUNTER WITHOUT ACTUALLY SAYING IT.

The ONLY reason for the pardon to extend back to 2014 is BURISMA.

Just amazing.

No other American would have been charged, let alone faced jail time, for the crimes that Hunter Biden has been charged with.

These crimes are way too minor for DOJ, it's not worth their time and effort. The only reason Hunter was investigated and charged by DOJ is because his father is the president.

You don't even know what Hunter Biden was charged with, or you wouldn't even be saying this stupid shit.

NOBODY goes to jail for lying on a form about drug use when purchasing a gun....unless the gun was used to commit a crime (it was not)

NOBODY goes to jail for tax evasion when the IRS fines have already been paid by the defendant.

You aren't smart enough to have a real debate....so kindly shut the fuck up, white trash.

I was listening to prog radio the other day and one of the callers was suggesting that biden just preemptively pardon anyone that trump might have on his "list", another caller suggested biden just pardon the tens of millions of illegals in the country so their being here is not illegal..

Gee. I wonder why the law is on the books, if you’re right.

Ok, smart fella.

Let’s have a REAL debate.

Hunter broke federal laws, and you are claiming Merrick Garland and Biden’s DOJ treated him unfairly.

Let’s say I agree with you. Biden claimed he would not pardon Hunter. This was AFTER THE CHARGES WERE BROUGHT.

Then everyone on the left claimed the moral high ground and that Joe respects the rule of law.

Then he pardoned Hunter. I saw no one who claimed Hunter was being persecuted by his father’s DOJ because he is a Biden prior to the pardon.

He broke the law. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW…..right?

Now, why the 11 year blanket pardon and why leave time in the future from the announcement of the pardon?
