Problem is there is no evidence of laws being broken and this is a thing of the past that was out in the open. Actually, if you listened to James Comer the man spearheading the Biden investigations, what has held them up was the Obumma DOJ protecting Biden and not releasing documents to Comer he needed to get an impeachment, same as they tried to sit on the Hunter investigation claiming there was no laptop when they had it all along.

Maybe things will change now, especially in light of the fact that Joe never signed any of his documents making everything he did illegal, and the fact that they covered up the fact that Joe never was physically nor mentally fit to even do the job, and they had the Easter Bunny running around in the background calling the shots.

You do not have a clue about case law. The whole point is if Trump prosecutes Hunter and Joe successfully it could provide case law to go after Dom, Don Jr, Eric and the rest of the family.
