Hunter Biden has never been indicted for operating as an unregistered foreign agent, because he wasn't hired by any foreign governments and he wasn't lobbying the federal government on behalf of his employers. He was indicted for failing to file taxes and for lying on his gun license application about his drug addiction.

At trial, the issue of whether he was a "foreign agent' was never raised. If Hunter had committed FARA violations, why didn't Trump charge him????? He had 4 fucking years to charge Biden and he didn't.
