Ok…earlier in the article they stated (in the same paragraph, actually) this:

So…they are trying to figure out why this guy had 300 recall ballots on the same day they were mailed. BUT, they can unequivocally state that it was “unrelated to additional thefts of election ballots.” That’s absolutely remarkable that they can know nothing and everything at the same time. GENIUS!!!!

Here’s the thing. WHAT OTHER ELECTION BALLOT THEFTS? I did a comprehensive search and saw nothing about that anywhere.
