There are some real puzzles. The pyramids have well over 2 millions stones, some 80 tonnes or so. How could they build that with their primitive tools and engineering? Or, how abut the Göbekli Tepe in Turkey? Experts still do not know how the moved them when they didnt have wheels then, it was duriing the hunter gatherer phase of human history, over 11000 years old, thousands of years before the pyramids. They didnt even have basic farming methods yet, bloody insane really. This is where one wonders if the divine, or, aliens did something to confuse us.

I'm not saying there ARE NOT legitimate intelligence and enginutiy today, I'm just saying that historically speaking, humans didn't have easy access to instant tech. They HAD to depend on their brains, skills, intellect, and brawn in order to create and move forward.

There are people today who cast aside tech in order to use their brains, skills, intellect, and brawn. But they are in the extreme minority, compared to those who had to used their brains and skills in order to push the human existence forward.

Even farmers have genious moments on how to manipulate the soil, water, and develop better ways of seeding, irrigating, and preserving foods. If they hadn't, we wouldn't be here today.

I think you have a partial point here. For one thing, for most of humanities past, if you were a little slow or stupid, something big and toothy made a meal of you. But with the advent of agriculture and the domestication of animals, life became a little more manageable. That point is made in the video. And there are a good number of people in our present society that still use both brains and brawn. As a retired tradesman, I have seen people that some would hold in contempt come up with genius ways of solving problems.

True. But we also allow people that live to destroy others to continue living. Yes, since the scientific method became the norm, we have advanced technologically in ways that were unimaginable before that time. However, there were spurts of intellectual achievement that were not followed up thousands of years ago. The Antikythera Mechanism for one. However, I think there will be as much advancement of technology in the next 30 years as in the last 300. Whether the human species will survive it is a valid question.

The video dismissed the “Vulture Stone” but it does accurately depict the constellations. Also inexplicable how he can be familiar with the massive subterranean architecture recently discovered at Giza and still apply the completely fictional 4,500 year old narrative to it
