Like all murder stats....blacks make up a disproportionately high..50%....of the BPD killer cops compared to the national population (13%).

A 45 black cop...charged with murdering a black thug...by driving him to jail without a seat belt and not calling a doctor immediately.

Should be an interesting trial.
