Since the Hussein administration fanned the flames of anarchy regarding the Baltimore Police it's possible that the explosion was the result of amateur bomb making something like the Greenwich Town House that Bill Ayers and his comrades blew up in the 70's before Ayers went underground.

If muslims live in the building, they are likely the cause. If there aren't any muslims there, then an accidental gas explosion is the likely cause.
