Just what does the prison network do to rehabilitate? I've often thought there should be a tv in each cell. The prisons have captive audiences that we could get to everyday with shows on religion, moral thinking, history, skill trades, parenting, psychology, financing and forgiving. MAny other topics that could serve them well once they were on the outside. Just none of reality wives or normal tv garbage.
