It kind of depends on if they find an asshole to take his place, or if they go back to running Conservative Republicans, not bent on ruling without regard to law or Constitutional concerns, and if they want to dictate and interfere with the economy (crash the stock market, make impossible to determine long-term supply chains, or costs to keep making their products) as if they were still seeking a socialist form of government, where all is controlled by a central strongman.

What does it matter as both parties are totally run by the Deep State .

The only thing that affects matters is the degree of strategy update required -- this then is given a party colour bias in order to make the new leader seem more appropriate .
