Carville was brilliant running the Clinton campaign in 1992 and 1996. Now he seems to be a bit wishy washy on policy, agenda, effect and tied to the party line. But he can be entertaining. Mary Matalin is still out there actively doing her thing but is far less visible on television these days.

Carville was never anything but a loudmouth lout who
thinks everything he spouts off about is pure gold.
He's delusional.Not one tick professional.
I doubt he could hold down a regular job that
requires being knowlegable and precise.
At best he's a big pimple on the body political.

Whatever you might think of, he orchestrated a brilliant campaign for Clinton/Gore in 1992 and 1996. He had the savvy as to what the people wanted/asked for and made sure they believed Clinton/Gore would deliver it more than George HW Bush or Bob Dole or Ross Perot would. Clinton didn't get 50% of the vote in either election but he did win.

Anyone that does not pay attention to what hugely successful political strategists like;

Karl Rove, David Axelrod, Roger Ailes, James Carville, Dick Morris, Lee Atwater & Steve Bannon . . .

. . . are going on about? Meh.

I have a lot of poli sci knowledge, but it is one thing to pontificate, completely another to win elections.





These are the folks that have the most insight into the collective political culture of the nation, regardless of politics.

There are several folks in there I don't care for, but I always pay attention to what they are saying.

Bullcrap list.Ailes did not comment on Politics.
Was far too busy trying to maintain his Fox duties.
Plus his many inside Fox fights regarding employment
harassment.He also had a medical condition.
Axelrod was a closet Marxist.His mother worked for
a very leftist publication.Rove was a dutiful Bushie
guy.Basically the Bush family owned Rove.Dick Morris
went out of favor years ago.
Steve Bannon is a very strong patriot.Looks like shit
warmed over but is brilliant.
Last November - Vanity Fair - ran a special article
on Steve Bannon.It explained the guy to a tee.
The best book on Bannon { the Traditionalist } was
Benjamin Teitelbaum's - War for Eternity : Inside
Bannon's Far-Right Circle of Global Power Brokers.
He describes Bannon NOT as a political reporter but
as a scholar interested in an obscure school of thought
known as Traditionalism.
One reason he lugs around so many pens in his
pockets.

It was more about being loud and kooky.
Repeating mantras as if pure fact.Carville wouldn't
know fact from fiction if sitting in jail for a weekend
for being obnoxious.Bush Sr. was rather boring and
Dole was hardly better.Ross Perot got 19% of the vote
because he was a stand-up Pol.Talked kinda squishy but
used hard facts and common sense.There is as never was
one tidbit of common sense associated with Carville.

Hannity is hardly one to remain silent when challenged
on politics.More like Carville refuses to debate Hannity
even on his { Carvilles } timeline.
