Oulu is a great , (but) small city. Finland like Sweden are not made for emigrants (Finland took the Swedish path, and toke up to 50k Afro - Asians from the worst countries in the world, who have very little skills which Finland badly needs ) . goods have increased by 20% in three years. this hits everyone, Finland needs a tunnel to Estonia in order to get transportation costs down , but for some reason We (EU) dont even can start this project .
