How SYSCO ruined restaurants

I've always maintained that if you see a SYSCO truck pulled-up to a eatery then it's best to avoid it.

Thing is you are now seeing them at Mom & Pop eateries.

Crap in - Crap out.

You sorta have to look past the leftist slant of the video.



SYSCO has acquired 150 food suppliers to become essentially the only restaurant supplier in the food market.

I've seen those SYSCO trucks around. Not sure when or where, on the highway or parked at a restaurant, but I will be definitely looking for them.

would that not be a monopoly? No competition they can charge what they want
 
I was just saying yesterday at work how all the fast food and fast casual chicken tastes the same. It could be Bojangles, Zaxby's, Popeyes, Butt Fucky Wild Wings, the Kentucky joint, and that place where fat ugly girls where orange shorts. I could swear they use the same supplier. Or maybe they all cover up their inferior chicken with oceans of salt.

Martins (grocery store) makes the best fried chicken in my AO.
