How soon will the de facto closure of ground transport hit the market?

Border patrol agents are too busy processing BS Asylum claims to inspect trucks and trains from Mexico so ground transport is closed this is hurting Mexico and US border states in a compound interest function but when will the effects be big enough to hit the capital markets?

The BP is just cutting lose murderers and rapists due to inadequate detention and preferentially in D states and districts. This could be fun.
