You posted this to prove my point that oil is a global commodity and that there isnt a surplus to match what Russia produces? And that any Russian oil not purchased by one entity will have to be purchased by another?

There is only X amount of oil produced each day. Russia produces Y of that oil. The world uses Z amount of oil per day. X-Z gives you the "surplus" of oil produced each day. Y is much greater than that surplus. President Trump, Keep squeezing! . Without oil revenues, Putin´s empire won't be able to fund his imperialist ambitions. The oil-gas tariffs will lead to The total disintegration of Putin's war economy ( like in 1917 &1991) . With cost of “black gold” at 15-23 dollars per barrel, the USSR imperial economy collapsed, and the USSR empire itself collapsed , and the "golden" horde (Moscow empire) budget can only be fulfilled only with oil price at $ 42.4 and higher.
