Israel can be a jewish state and still have people from 20 or so different religions as part of their population. Judaism gave birth to christianity and islam. Most businesses close for Saturday instead of Sunday or Friday. Special areas are designated for use on Saturday for Orthodox.
There is no reason all three cannot be compatible, they just need to have a bit of respect for those of other faiths while still preserving the identity of the jews and their history ties to the land.
Other religions have states/nations where they have rights. Jews have a right to one stop on the earth where they can practice their religion and maintain their identity.
