Happened again today where Rhode Island declared SNAP must continue not just in their jurisdiction but nationally
USSC explicitly ruled one judge cannot impose nationally
You can see the desperation to keep the dependent class as dependents and create more dependents
USSC and Trump need balls of stone at this point to wipe out and wipe away these rogue judges feelings that they run the nation and that the President cannot Preside

A federal judge in Rhode Island on Friday afternoon blocked the Trump administration from suspending all food aid for millions of Americans amid the ongoing government shutdown, in a case brought by a group of US cities, nonprofit organizations and a trade union.

And at almost the same time, in a separate but similar case, a federal judge in Massachusetts ruled that the government must continue to fund the program that helps low-income households stave off food insecurity, in a case brought by the Democratic attorneys general from 22 states and the District of Columbia and three governors who sued the administration.

Well, now that two district court judges said it I guess it will be ignored twice as hard.

So the Dems force the government closed. Then one Dem judge rules Trumps must keep one special section open for their very cherished dependents

Think that all the way through

Food insecurity
What a pussified way of altering words and reality we have jumped into

It's not the Trump administration that is suspending SNAP.
Are these judges retarded?
🙄

The SCOTUS CAN AND DOES overrule lower courts. But it has no known authority to reprimand the lower court judges who keep transgressing.

That would require some Congressional action, like House impeachments and Senate convictions.

Those are damn rare because — politics.

Well the question is, will Schumer continue his shutdown and ignore the court? Will he be held in contempt and jailed?
