Trump is trying to change the Federal Reserve, so they do what he wants.

What he wants is to have an interest rate cut. Interest rate cuts will increase inflation.

"Price increases have been modest relative to expectations, but slashing rates prematurely could accelerate inflation. The Fed is mandated to target a 2 percent rate of inflation and full employment."

Also, they could have the potential to increase interest rates in the future.

""If the market smells rising inflation, it's going to push long-term interest rates higher and not lower," said Jon Hilsenrath, senior advisor at financial services company StoneX."

An independent Federal Reserve free from partisan politics is essential for a strong, growing economy.

That Trump wants to destroy that is further proof Trump is unfit to be president.

Poor people should support increasing inflation. Lol

It lowers the barrier between them and the rich.

Do you have a link that spells out this mandate specifically and exactly who issued the mandate?

Democrats just don't like Trump winning. He will win with this as well. Look, you turkeys have all been wrong about Trump for 4.5 years now. Time to give up and join the Constitutional Republic and leave the Communist system.

I still haven't understood why Trump is treated like dirt.
My guess is guys like Ohio Governor's John Kasich.
John Kasich who was an honest good Pol.
He just wasn't equipped to win a nod for President.

Do you have a link that "Do" is a word in the English language?

I don't need a link for that. The claim I'm making is that Trump is trying to change the Federal Reserve, that's link number one.

I'm claiming that he wants to reduce interest rates, that's link number 2.

I'm claiming that interest rate cuts will lead to inflation, which is kind of link number 3, I couldn't find a better link in the time I had.

My post is linked to the eyeballs.

That you want me to link something that IS A QUOTE FROM A LINK is laughable.

Keep your hands off my thread.

Oh cool, the new Dim talking point has been distributed. The Epstein hoax is dead. The Charlie Kirk assassination is poison. So, lets come up with some new bullshit.

I guess you don't think left wing hate sites used as links don't make unfounded claims. Before I asked, I did some research like on this site:

This is what it said:

What are the goals of monetary policy?
The Federal Reserve Act mandates that the Federal Reserve conduct monetary policy "so as to promote effectively the goals of maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates."1

And no where does it say they have a mandate of 2% inflation or full employment.

.

The economy is fine. Democrats keep lying.

Democrats want to destroy the economy so they can blame Trump.

Mostly what I do is have an idea of what it is I want to say, then I go look up sites to back up my claims.

If you don't like the site I used, you're welcome to find others, or find ones that are contrary. I don't have time to verify every website I find. I find the one that says what I want it to say.

Which is far, far more than most of this forum is capable of. Mostly they don't even bother with links.

Then again, the BBC, Newsweek and Investopedia are not "left wing hate sites", so I have no clue what you're talking about (again).

I don't care if you the Federal Reserve doesn't have a mandate or not. The sentence before that was what I was using to back up my claim, ie, "slashing rates prematurely could accelerate inflation"

Amazing how you've gone through all of what I've posted, found one part of a paragraph that I've posted and gone on about that. Even when I never spoke about it.

If you want me to put HOURS of work into writing what I write, making sure every word is right, making sure every quote I want to use to clipped at just the right spot otherwise you'll do to me what you did before.... then you'll end up with all posts being banned on this forum.

And again, this is why I love the ignore list.

My point was the fed sets the targets, they are not mandated by some higher power the way you implied. If your sources are that lose with the facts, what's the point? The way I see it, they're producing a narrative to gaslight the masses, not news.

I'm seriously going to try and ignore you because I can't cope with this stupid shit.

Bye bye

I guess you're afraid to hear facts. I proved my point with an accurate link, and the best you can do is call it stupid shit? I see you prefer to gaslight people as well.
