Is it alleged that Russia used nuclear weapons in a conflict in the 80's? That's a scary allegation.

How is it a "great video"? We know that president Clinton authorized the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia in the 90's but the weapons were only alleged to be "daisy cutter bombs" that cut every human and animal in half within a 30 meter radius in rural Yugoslavia. We know the Chinese embassy was mistakenly bombed because NATO pilots relied on old WW2 vintage road maps. That's all documented but how is it possible that Russians got away with using nuclear weapons in a conflict in the 80's
