They won a lot. They won both houses under Bush and that led to the Bush Tax cuts for billionaires that led to the beginning of the great deficit.
They won the argument on invading Iraq. Costing trillions in treasure and the deaths and maimings of tens of thousands of Americans. The maimings alone will cost many trillions for decades into the future. Someone has to pay their healthcare.
