This is the question that most of the nonpartisan voters were asking themselves as they watched the democrats and the left (but I repeat myself) go after TRUMP! and lose their minds in the process. They were left asking, "Why are we supposed to hate this guy so much?" The democrats didn't just want to defeat TRUMP! politically, they absolutely went bonkers trying to destroy him publicly, privately, financially, through the legal system, in every way they could think of. Classic democrat overreach. They always seem to think that everyone agrees with them.
Because it's part & parcel of what now is a new era of

They have protest signs printed up, just needing a name to be inserted. Literally, the vast majority of those claiming to know all sorts of horrible things about these people never heard of them before a week ago.

The statist left community block leaders in their respective districts most likely hold weekly meetings to "pump up" the rank & file statist left groupthinkers to keep the divide & conquer(power & control) agenda as hot as they can get it. Trum ran on bringing prices down. The late shows showed him saying over and over again prices would not go up if he won.
