How can Hillary ever be the first WOMAN president?

Since we have to use gender neutral pronouns how are we going to ever say that she was the first woman president? According to people who believe that their is only one gender any female president can't be called a female president since we can't use any female pronouns. How do we get around this?

If you are going to say she is the first woman president you are going to have to use female nouns and pronouns to describe the magnificent event. it is the first ________ president. The public is going to be a little confused as to what the big deal is.
