Wow, so he's either trying to get the anti-Trump voters to vote for them who don't really want to support Clinton either
but see her as better than Trump, so they relate to him. Or he's really given in to the resignation of Hillary as President,
and trying to explain or justify that.

IMO, the Johnson/Weld ticket has been the greatest embarrassment to the LP ever.
