If Trump had 86% more than 4.4, that would be 4.4 x 1.86 = 8.184.

28.1/4.4 = 6.386 (638.6%) times what Biden had or 5.386 (538.6%) times more than Biden.

and 93% more than Clinton -- 2.640 million results?

If Trump had 93% more than 2.64, that would be 2.64 x 1.93 = 5.0952.

28.1/2.64 = 10.644 (1064.4%) times what Clinton had or 9.644 (964.4%) times more than Clinton.
