OK gurlz. Some know I just builded me a killa shack. I just bought a farm next door(set closing 4/16 tonight).
Gonna arbNb or whatever with this thang. Fast easy and cheap..UNLESS you B in da land of da fee.
Opinionz?
I'll come up a little higher. 1M with the cement. Then take it up heavy iron, steel stud and stucco-cement board-wood(inside) as always.
This time I'll side it with metal (powder coated---outside)and spray foam it. Faster and cheaper. Too country ?..

I can build the 1500 ft as shown plan... for about 60 grand minus furnishings and fancy door-kitchen and ceilingry. (another 30 or so)
The one pictured is 1900 sf. I have 130K in it as is.Beds and all. I did most of it with 2 helpers
