I have not seen anything to lead me to believe it was intentional. All it takes for the virus to escape is for someone who works at that lab to infect themselves unintentionally, and then go out in public.

So until I have reason to think otherwise, Hanlon's razor...

That exercise was held after the virus had already escaped the lab, and none of the recommendations from the exercise were followed. The things they warned about actually happened- the shutdown of travel and commerce, the failure of the authorities to provide clear and timely information to the public, etc.

It's hard for me to see that exercise as part of a greater plan. It was held too late to have any effect on the way the authorities responded to the crisis. It was more like "If we don't plan for a coordinated pandemic response, these bad things will happen". And then the bad things they were predicting all happened, and 3 months later the whole world was on lockdown.

If you're not familiar with the work of David E. Martin 5+years ago, you should be. Event 201 was just one part of the puzzle. Another much bigger piece are the records of the US Patent Office, which Mr. Martin is extremely familiar with. Those records show to the curious mind that the Plandemic was very much planned. It was not a spontaneous accident, but that's what they would have you believe. The CARES Act itself shows that Congress had some degree of prior knowledge. The legislative record for such "medical emergencies" goes back decades, and is well documented by Katherine Watt at Substack.

Full disclosure: while I am not a cop or detective, I have been accused of being so for most of my life. I guess I watched too many Columbo episodes. I think the evidence available (but not discussed at all in the House Report), both direct and circumstantial, clearly and overwhelmingly show the event was planned many years in advance. I suspect that if Hillary had won the 2016 election it would still have happened, but with obviously different overtones and methods.
