had it for ages but it's not my main email or even my second but I use it for newsletters for when you sign up to get some promo code

I check in about one a week, just did and 518 in the junk box.........damn

my favorite is fedex or UPS stating your package is lost take this link to report it......LOL

I am computer savvy, I can clearly find out from the header or metadata it's a phishing site redirect

sadly many are not like grandma and they put in their information

scammers need to get a real job and life

Want to get rid of scammers? Have the government go find these people and lock them up. They don't.

sadly their plate is full to worry about some scammers, it goes into junk mail 99% of the time, it's that 1% that looks legit and grandma opens up the link to what looks like an authentic website

yahoo and gmail get spam but hotmail to me gets 10x more

LOL. I use mail that does not require a phone. I switch my main email about once a year.

if you have an android phone it's gmail and I rarely use it

you switch it once a year to who, why?

I've had the same email account for over 25 years without any issues

Who the hell still uses gay mail? They keep axing you to input a code to your ipad or other devices. And then, they ask you if you want to stay logged in. No surprise these anti-gunners no nothing about security.

to you use and android phone you must create a google account which generates gmail

can't say I get asked t input a code that often and you should not need it with any apple product

never owned or will any apple product so I don't know what you do to create any account for your phone

They should never ask for a code. These anti-gunners don't know the first thing about security.

I am pro -gun, own many and a long time NRA member but don't see what this has to do with a security code to verify it's your account to protect you
so you once in a great while get a text on your phone

I get these from many institutions to verify I am who I am, for my protection

Security is security.

right, I mean if they want to text me once in awhile to verify then fine

I get text codes for many things, not just browsers so you can verify

This is mainly because you've "had it for ages" the longer you use an email address the more is slowly spreads around. I must have had my Hotmail account for like thirty years and I get a lot of junk.

probably, I don't use it that often, I mean it's part of windows after all so yeah it's pretty old
