And Melania an those slanty eyes, also, I'm sure she has had lots of facial work done... not sure about the other 2

I don't know what any of them look like "without their face on," as it were, so I cannot say whether they are hot or not. There are very few people who are so "butt ugly" that they cannot with makeup be made to look attractive. (Google Kellyanne Conway and you'll see what I mean.)
My general sense is that overall, each of them is indeed a pretty woman. None of them is what I'd call a "two bagger," but it's very possible that each of them is quite plain without the "dramatic" makeup with which they are above pictured.
