It is very common for humans to have natural revulsion for some things, such as spiders, snakes, etc. For the majority of men, the image of males intimately engaged is, if not revolting, certainly very far from stimulating. That is at least as innate as any homosexual tendencies in a given minority might be considered. It is 'natural'.
