Cynical liberal commentary is of no value. Never was. We are a sovereign republic. We and only we get to say how many people may legally enter our land. We get to say when and where. We get to say for how long.

Legal immigration is one thing we have a proud history of. (Some blemishes along the way? Sure. But those days are long gone.) I’d venture to say that conservative Americans are largely very pro-immigration. But, on OUR terms. And one such term is flat out compliance with all of our laws.
