I'm not a particular fan of cap & trade. Seems an artificial way for the government to play a capitalistic reward cash flow type game with what should be emissions standards.
When did this all start? Post 9-11 if I recall. Any better than wikipedia links? Agree or not, you all give me some good reading to do.
