Would it somehow have been more acceptable if it was a white trucker who killed the office while looking at porn on facebook? His ethnicity/race are completely irrelevant.

No - that would have made it LESS acceptable. That's what this thread is about, you idiot. The govt tried to conceal this video because a hispanic (protected group)was involved. If the killer had been white, the video would have been all over the TV instantly.

I disagree....if you hit somebody due to your negligence and they die needlessly when a helmet could have prevented their death, you'll be charged with negligent homicide....neeedlessly. A $90 helmet with a Snell Approved sticker is a tiny price to pay compared to a severe head injury or death for both parties. I'm not talking about a full-face racing helmet (although they do save your teeth and jaw)....just a regular pot made by Bell or Bucco like we used riding motocross back in the day.
