Petraeus intentionally took compartmental coded defense top secret classified documents and handed them to his lover and biographer that was writing a book about him... and lied twice to the fbi investigators about it.

He copped a plea deal, and was only charged with a misdemeanor, with no jail time... they dropped espionage charges.

What Petraeus did was 10 times worse and no one sent him away in orange.
