Minimum fixture tables require that at least 1 water closet be provided for each 25 occupants “for the first 50 and 1 per 50 for the remainder exceeding 50” in a Business occupancy. Using exception number 4 to Section 2902.2, separate facilities

are not required if the total number of employees and customers is 25 or less. And, a minimum of two toilet facilities are required, one for each sex, in spaces with a total occupant load of more than 25 and less than 50. In a Business occupancy with an occupant load greater than 50, two additional toilet fixtures (one for each sex) are required for each 50 additional occupants or portion thereof. Assume an occupant load of 51, which divided in half equals 25.5 for each sex. The technical deficit with these socially woke thinkers is rather spectacular.

It's amazing how many politicians don't understand that an EV car charger is electrically connected to the local power plant and creates a higher demand for fossil fuel because of it.
Most of them think electricity just comes up from the cellar not fully understanding that there's a wire in the breaker box that goes outside to a meter that leads back to a central power station.

You would think that most people would simply understand this instinctually....

I'm guessing that 95 percent of the nation Brushes their teeth in the same room that houses their toilet facilities. Now I have heard rumors scientific studies that it's a bad idea to keep you toothbrush in the bathroom where your toilet is and maybe that makes some sense but up till now as far as I know most people do.
