Not at all. The plague hit the hardest in urban areas as those were the areas with the highest concentrations of vermin.

Those in the countryside did not suffer at as high a rate at all...rich or poor.

Yeah, population control. Biological warfare in order to thin out the herd so to speak. Biological warfare is actually quite an ancient practice and we were more aware of disease than most people today think.

Another clear example. Malaria has been thinning out the population in Africa for many years. Then DDT came out and was very effective in stopping the spread of malaria by controlling the mosquito population, which is the main way it travels.

ALL OF A SUDDEN DDT was demonized. Based on some book written by some environmental ignorant idiot who passed along totally false information about the dangers of DDT. All of the claims were false by this hippy but it was used to stop the use of DDT.

Well, you and I differ in our opinion of who should and should not be saved.

IMHO there are far too many Africans...ESPECIALLY of the sub-Saharan variety who bring nothing but unchecked emigration, violence, and poverty.

As a result of western medicine, and aid programs over the past 50 years Africa's population is growing at a faster rate than anywhere else in the world.

I think there is definitely population control, but it is most CERTAINLY not in black populations.
