• Accused of physically abusing his 2-year-old special-needs son on multiple occasions, most recently on May 22
• Gonzalez was arrested after his older son told about the alleged abuse to officials at his middle school
• Boy later shared with authorities a cellphone video allegedly showing Gonzalez grabbing his brother's hair and shaking him in his high chair
• Deputies also were shown photos of bruises and red marks on toddler allegedly caused by a belt and flyswatter
