Here's Why the NBA Isn't Fun to Watch Right now

Yes, it does. Since you are such a putz most of the time, I have decided in the spirit of the season to be your own personal Grinch! Happy holidays!
Well you sure seem to care a lot about me, and I don’t care at all about you

Uh...im on Netflix. There is no NFL Vikings DET on? Betting sites say almost 1 quarter finished?

Huh? Did Obiden kill Netflix that much? WTH? Is it tape delayed to show 19,000 commercials?

To get back "on target" for a moment [Why the NBA isn't fun to watch...], The regular season is a joke. With every decent team making the playoffs, many games are played where both the teams and the players themselves don't seem to give a shit. Players are sat out for no good reason, or for injuries that should not prevent them from playing, and there are games where the players are obviously lethargic and not focused, such as the Lakers' game last night.

People who pay the exorbitant cost for admission are often gobsmacked by top players who don't even suit up for the game. Does this happen in any other sport?

Finally, how is it justifiable to have the NBA season extending to mid-summer? That has never made any sense to me. Nobody cares about basketball in May-Jun-Jul. Everything should be done by the end of April - the start of golf season (where I live). A 40-game regular season is plenty long enough. And if the players have to get by on 10 million a year rather than 20, well.....so be it.

The Bulls scored 152 points in a game

0 points were scored between 10-24ft.

All 3's, layups, etc.

Just glorified shoot-arounds, layup lines, and All-Star game type basketball. The NBA needs to step in and change some dynamics, as the MLB has done, to improve their game.
I think this is over generalizes NBA games. Many games are not like that, though many others are. The big thing I notice is that teams rarely seem to run many set plays. Set plays used to be a staple of good NBA teams.
