While the eastern bloc steals our stealth technology and then tells us they've improved it, here's an example of why they haven't and never will.. At almost $800M apiece, the B-2 Spirit is too secretive to ever be based outside the US. They are our long-range nuclear deterrent and also carry conventional munitions and we have 27 of them.
