Liberal pundits and anti-Trump Republicans got taken to the woodshed by CNN’s Harry Enten yesterday.

There’s this myth that Trump voters are regretting their vote.

There has been a deluge of stories based on shoddy polling from overtly anti-Trump clown operations who claim there’s a lot of buyer’s remorse out there.

The fact is that’s a lie.

I don’t know who is running these polls, but it once again shows how this industry, like the media writ large, has lost its credibility in the Trump era.

Too many push polls, oversampling, and internal tweaks to get results that make liberals happy.

Enten delivered a katana strike to this false narrative.

"I hear all these stories, all these articles, 'All the Trump voters, they regret what they did back in 2024.'
I'm here to tell you, 'Uh uh.' Very few of them regret what they did back in 2024,ā€ he said.

Just 2 percent of Trump voters in 2024 said they would’ve changed their vote, while 1 percent said they wouldn’t have bothered voting.

The exact figures apply to Kamala Harris’ supporters.
If we could have a do-over, the 2024 election would have been the same; Trump would still win.

In 2017, the number of Trump voters who said they would’ve changed their vote was 4 percent, so the Trump base remains one of the most steadfast.

Of course.
It's the Democrat Media's job to promote Democrats, but they know what the reality is.

You can tell it just by the posts right here on USMB. Thread after thread after thread from the left trying to explain and prove to us how we should regret our vote and not one on the right wishing we had voted for the continued destruction of America and all the woke policies democrats stand for.

There's a whole lotta people out there who are surprised the leopards ate their face. Just because some whack-job says "nuh uh" doesn't change that.

Don't worry, they'll get there.

In 20 years you will have a hard time finding someone who will admit to voting for Trump.
What you mean is that in 20 years trump voters will be in gulags where they are not allowed to communicate with outsiders

Thats been an enduring lib hope throughout my lifetime

Yes, the "Democrats" actually did find a candidate so poor that even Trump could defeat her. Despite how clearly he is unfit to be President, the "other" party dug deeply enough to find someone who inspired no one and alienated many. Still, it must be noted that a total percentage of about 65% or so of potential voters either voted against Trump or did not vote for him. Fewer than a third of all voters actively elected him.

If people are asked if they are basically intelligent , you would expect 100% to reply , YES.

Yet nearly every one of them takes notice of Polls and the MSM that report the Fake News .

Which endorses the view that 90% of people claiming to be intelligent are quite the opposite .

Which is what IQ scores suggest in the first place .
Here, it is well over 90% ,imho .

It’s been a right wing nightmare that they’re now trying bring down on all of us. It’s another example of ā€œbecause that’s what we would doā€.
