The June number was disappointing, and both April and May numbers were revised downwards.

Oh, and many of the actual jobs are government jobs, more bureaucrats at work.

Actually the rate for the 25-54 age group is at its highest level since 2007. But each year the percent of retired people goes up so it keeps the LFPR lower.
